Fried plantain

Cooking : time less than 10 mins






Ingredients

4 ripe plantains
vefetchable oil
thumb-sized slice of fresh ginger





Method

1. Peel the plantains and slice them.
2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the slices of plantain.
3. Fry until they are crisp and golden on each side, turning as necessary.
4. Grate fresh ginger on lid to serve.
