Hey Ruddsta! Awesome job trying to get your diet setup. Your diet will be key to success but it doesn't have to be difficult. I understand the nutrition guide can be intimidating but it will start to make more sense as you go. Focus on 5-6 meals a day (3 solid meals and 2-3 snacks). Now I am not a nutritionist so I can't give you nutrition consultation but I can tell you what i do and what has worked from me. Play with these ideas and modify to your liking.
