Mint sauce

Cooking : time 10 to 30 mins






Ingredients

25g/1oz fresh mint, chopped
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tbsp hot water
2 tbsp white wine vinegar





Method

1. Mix all the ingredients tofetchher and stand for 20 minutes to allow the mint flavour to develop.
